Friday, July 8 – Preparation for departure to the workshop location

Today was focused on final preparations for the trip to the workshop location. I was able to a bus ticket, receive my passport back from the Immigration office, obtain an official letter from the SIL administration explaining the reason for my trip, buy a SIM card for my phone, and so on. That didn’t require nearly all of my available time today, so I also made a foray to one of the local markets to buy some cloth, then gave it to a tailor this evening for him to complete the work by the time I return to the capital city about two weeks from now.

I have not yet gotten into a good sleep pattern. Pray for that to happen soon.
